Good hotel with a few drawbacks *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AUnfortunately some drawbacks :-Spa area only once for free... With a good five star hotel could you a free Spa-use, at least indoor swimming pool and sauna, expect-the room cleaning was just very superficially, the cleaning lady had the strange habit, opened beverages or meals (like a bread for example), the facilities in the room, and throw away-we had a triple occupancy in the room, on the second day was missing the third cup, or the third glass. Front desk treated complaints very bad, we had to call several times and ask, whether we were the lack of glass/the lack of cup on the room, the cleaning lady cleaned our cutlery used in the room way, without new already provide. Also here again call to the front desk-no response. With consultation we went with cutlery from the restaurant even set-note extortionate telephone in the room phone call to Germany at the, Sunday night, 13 minutes for 40.00 euro! No joke, we thought as first... Front desk could not give precise information on expenses, only units would be, to which the invoice is made, this statement was very poor and non-transparent! If the cons represent nothing, the you can recommend the hotel...
