Of a five stars hotel one expected more! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFrom the 'much-praised' sensimar we heard little. The hotel wasn't't equivalent to a five stars hotel. Staff at the front desk was extremely rude. Complaints were ignored. Cleaning service was a joke. During our stay, there was no more than a couple of times and it only half-heartedly. The bathroom was cleaned only half-heartedly. Towels were worn and not very clean. Room a bit poor. There wasn't't even a possibility for those bags. Saving grace was the dining room. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Quality and selection of the food was okay, even over the pool you couldn't complain, great size, beach chairs and umbrellas available sufficient, cleanliness okay but the beach chairs and cushions needed a thorough cleaning. The beach was neglected. We have not used the. Conclusion: I can't recommend this hotel!
