Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Tower

The location was great. The Michigan Ave is a parallel street. Everything worth seeing you can e-mail within walking distance, d. H. south and north loop or from Grant Park until you get to Hancock Center - no problem. The Hancock Center went even further north walk, one was directly on the lake with nice promenade and beach. The Michigan Ave offers many nice shops and in the page and Parallstraßen good local in abundance. At the bottom in the hotel you can go out to the Riverwalk and before from Michigan Bridge walk. Especially at night is the beautiful, particularly if all lit up .

Since we had no complaints. There is also plenty fast elevators for the size of the hotel. The valet parking at the hotel was a little pricey though - $49 per night. Although can be found in the surrounding area- wire encased compound parking garages and parking but since it was at least $30 .

We ate at the bottom in the hotel in the "Chicago burger Company" several times as well. Not cheap but good. Especially is a great place to sit outside on the Chicago River (if it wasn't raining).

A pool is available with a great view of the lake and river. Here you can also go out on a terrace. They have a small fitness room. Showers, changing rooms, towels, shampoo, soap - everything there.

Modern and clean rooms. Flat screen TV with HD quality. Air conditioning is relatively new and works well. Coffee maker and safe (free of charge) also available.

The architecture boat tour with the "First Lady of Chicago" we loved (under the Michigan Bridge to find). Chicago is in the center of the city (loop) clean and safe. The beggers can give you quiet a few cents. They are very grateful for that. If you have a car in Chicago and the city Gary that goes in fine weather should the Indiana Dunes' (e.g. B. West Beach). don't expect a great beach and water. (The tip we had our American cousin. The "Windy). Otherwise there's Chicago city" but not in July. We had really hot weather. 2 years ago in June and it was a bit cooler and you could use good waistcoat.
