Good place to stay for sightseeing

We were pleased with the comfort. Large hotel, many large rooms. Everything was pretty clean. The breakfast is somewhat too expensive.
Location
It was close by the city of Washington and the cemetary of Arlington. However, if you don't want to pay for the parking it is not easy even on weekends to find a free parking lot. They have a shuttle service to the subway which is helpful and to a shopping mall.
The people were in the good american style friendly, but not really interested.

our room was large, however, facing to the backside. Ask for a room facing towards of Washington.
