Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADespite some structural flaws the complex is very nice and there was a lot of fun, check them out.
The staff is unfortunately guests very indiscreet! The discretion to the guest in our industry always a top priority! With problems immediately and should be discreet, to communicate and to fix this. Defamation of the score under staff should, if it happens, preferably not at the guest arrive. As a result, we have our weekend vacation and drove back to Bangkok. A clarification of the duty manager or general manager was not possible in the event! What a disaster in complaint handling!
We consider, if we, as a Sheraton-regular guests, ever again will visit a house that!
