Great clean hotel with great location and service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AGreat, vacation in an attractive, beautiful and clean hotel, directly on the beautiful palm-lined with coconut beach! The staff are super friendly and helpful, but you can communicate in English. You could get along with German in the hotel, because no one can talk (maximum a handful of!). My junior suite superior was very clean and the service was impeccable. It came three times in the three weeks before, something in the room did not work (air-conditioning, lighting, etc.), a short message at the front desk, which does not work and you could be sure, that it was taken care of! The beach is very nice with all the palm trees, but the current in the sea was sometimes quite strong, depending on how the weather and the wind was. I will go over FTI but not more in the hotel or the area, as the on site incompetent, selfish and also unfriendly and in my opinion, in the wrong job, even if it as it claims for 20 years in the country! I would book trips also in no more case on the responsible person of the travel agency, since most of the excursions with the travel agents in the hotel or on the beach for half to 2/3 of the price, the call for the soups, are still available! Something important to the hotel, the hotel lies really out of the way of 'civilisation' and you are on the bus stop, taxi (very expensive) or excursions, in order to see something else than the hotel or the nature around. On the beach you can walk and you can go to time once again at another hotel, but otherwise to go or to the territory is not suitable, but the hotel offers everything, which one needs! The ' premium packages' of the hotel I wouldn't advise also on site, they are stupid and very expensive and total superfluous, but everyone has to know that for himself, if he needs... Conclusion for those vacation at the hotel: I can recommend this hotel with good conscience. The location and the hotel area is very nice and well maintained. However, when I go back to the cathedral. Republic go I plan on staying at a hotel in the south of the country on the Caribbean sea, because the sea there is a lot nicer, cleaner and quieter! In summary for those vacation in a note: 2+
