A fabuluos holiday
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA real 4* resort ,especially location and facilities inside it.
Location
Near the beach ,who was excelent ,nearby BYALA and OBZOR cities ,shopping facilities it could be more..
I would rating Excelent ,but...someone of stafii from m Reception didn't know well english language ,an d in last day at one of ny special request ( to overtime check out) didn't respond me Ok,this style of making check out was total unrude!I ebg them to making check oput one hour later .but they told me that is imposibble ,because I must pay otherwise , a fee (cca. 30 Euro) for this extraservices!
Special thanks to a real professional woman VANIA DIMITROVA ,who is the best Service Manager who I met me!
Gastronomy
Maybe one a little inconvenient .a big smells inside of restaurant providing from cooking there....

Super Ok,beach and pool was excellent!
Room
A little small ,i guess for a 4* hotel....Laat year in GOLDEN SAND room in hotel it was more bigger (and it was 3* hotel.... ) .
In rest everything was Ok !
