Hotel in order. The service was not okay *

The condition of the hotel was very good on the whole. Only the staff at the front desk was very rude when we had a problem. We felt absolutely not welcome. For to speak English you have no trouble given, although they could. So we had to translate everything from German to use on Italian estates. And then they were rude to.
