The staff was always very friendly, helpful and professional.
The kitchen was very varied and best quality.
Our ocean view room was always clean and tidy. We had a great view of the port of Los Cristianos and depending on the weather to La Gomera. We feel in Arona Gran Hotel very comfortable and will definitely stay here again. A big thank you to all the staff members of the hotel, every stay was very nice and relaxing.
