Good tip for a few days Weimar *

Located in the old residential district of Weimar is this renovated villa a good, if not quite cheaper tip for a Weimarbesuch. The hotel is surrounded by a nice garden with seating in a quiet side street about ten minutes walk from the Theaterplatz - ( pedestrian) part of town. The house is renovated and in good condition. Our room (a big) was spacious and functional with dark wood furnishings. The beds were very good, although pillows and duvets from synthetics that are all too common, which we are not that love. The bathroom was modern standard, only unfortunately the low water pressure in the shower and the temperature a refreshing shower experience after a stressful day sightseeing difficult. Unfortunately the old windows offer almost any soundproofing, so you every car passing by. ( especially at night however, they are only a few) good can hear. The house itself is quite noisy, which in our quiet residents ( families, Städtereiser, business people; the hotel was full) but was never a problem. We had breakfast suggesting (-5 euro per person) and have enjoyed the many Luckily there are plenty of breakfast possibilities in Weimar. The car on the small courtyard or directly in front of the hotel on the street good will be turned off. The care provided by the owner married couple was very friendly. We got two tickets for the Anna Amalia library, which saves Anstehzeiten, especially on the weekend. We highly recommend it, even though the price of €80 per night for the breakfast offered standard safe at the top border.
