The rooms of the hotel had their best years! *

Burnt holes in the carpet, dirty 'hotel Map' with stains and the remote control with white cabinets smeared, bähh. The bathroom has no vent-at the showers bad, as the mirror shoes... In the bathroom the soap and the shower container swaps. SCH... If you can't read... No Windows to open, a antiquierter-tv and no shoe spoon, great. The best however-I have a non-smoking room and got a smoking room! In the short time and, because it was a major event, no change was possible. The room service was the next day from a nice, my language but only bad speaking Pakistani? From around seven o'clock! According to who always in front of my door felt has ten minutes-to sleep was not to think. Wow, five! Stars have not necessary, since to and Masters. Never many as always!

In den Bädern auf den Hotelzimmern gibt es keine Fenster, da die Fensterseiten im Schlaf-/Wohnraum liegen. Jedoch verfügt jedes Badezimmer über einen Abzug. Für Ihre unangenehmen Erfahrungen mit unserem Reinigungspersonal möchten wir uns entschuldigen. Wir schulen unsere Mitarbeiter regelmäßig und legen auf eine ruhige Arbeitsatmosphäre sehr viel Wert.
Wie Sie ebenfalls erwähnen, fand Ihr Aufenthalt während einer Großveranstaltung im Hotel statt. Das Empfangspersonal berücksichtigt in jedem Fall gerne Wünsche bezüglich des Zimmers, jedoch ist ein Zimmerwechsel bei ausgebuchtem Hotel und einer späten Anreise des Gastes nicht immer möglich.
