Hotel for business travellers *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWith the eBay coupon the hotel was of us-we had the impression a 'eBay room' -partly the decor was broken (broken tiles in the bathroom)! The staff was always friendly and very helpful for you-the quality of the excursion with the selection was very good. The Spa is very unhappy on the top floor and is just a walk through the stairwell-the use made no sense for us.
We think the hotel is more for business travelers and for people looking for the name 'and' steigenberger a room.

Vielen lieben Dank für Ihr Feedback - nur so können wir uns täglich verbessern.Dass Sie eine kaputte Kachel im Bad hatten, bedauern wir sehr. Wir haben diesen Schaden umgehend behoben.
Wir möchten Ihnen auf diesem Wege mitteilen, dass wir keine Unterschiede bei der Zimmerzuteilung machen und alle Katgorien (Standard, Deluxe, Juniorsuite und Suite) je nach Buchung entsprechend zuteilen. Ebay-Zimmer als solches gibt es bei uns nicht.
Ihre Beurteilung zu Service und Frühstücksangebot hat uns sehr erfreut - auch hier tun wir alles, um unseren Standard stetig zu verbessern. Wir freuen uns auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt und verbleiben mit den besten Grüßen
