Steigenberger musty, in a perfect location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAll in all, we were really disappointed, even though we had already warned 'beforehand rather' , not 'and' five stars dazzle steigenberger to leave, we wanted it still chance and booked us a nice Deluxe room!
Error.
What we got was a, in the five top floor, attic room, without a balcony, view in the very modest yard! (Barracks structure)
The bed was large and comfortable. There was a mini bar, but the decor was certainly not a five-star hotel. It was missing the flat, fresh flowers, and what other hotels almost is common, the fresh fruit.
Nothing of the sort. In addition to an artificial plant on the desk.
The bathroom only had four towels and two bathrobes, the best past it had worn (and the collar torn, pure white you didn't see much)
When we the breakfast on the room left, we were not impressed. Worn pacts jam-meat from the mainland-poorly laid out scrambled eggs and a coffee pot from the 18. Jahundert. Yellowed plastic.
I understand the philosophy of the hotel really not.
So we would not like to be received as guests.
Positive :-the staff were nice and courteous.
However, the parking garage with almost 20 €per day to calculate rather unproductive.
We hope, that the hotel it somewhat more and for improvement provides.
