Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOur stay at the steigenberger, I am rather disappointed. ' My best friend and I were not really taken seriously, due to our age has been. (Both mid 20) our room was clean at first glance, but you could find extreme flaws when taking a closer look. I myself work in a hotel and stayed in a hotel of this class expected more. The upper edges of all surfaces in the bathroom, in other words over the mirror, the door, the lamps etc. was centimeter thick dust, was a pubic hair on the floor from the previous guest, the robes were faded and not really pleasant to wear, there were unpolierte glasses in the mini-bar, in the closet was dust. On the first day our room in the evening once from the housekeeping presented. The next morning we were woken up by the maids roughly. Then we asked for time, ready for us. After ten minutes was knocked again. When we returned from breakfast was the maid service to clean and seemed rather annoyed, as we got our jackets. The second night stay our room was not more prepared from Housekeeping! At check-in we were not on the Kurabgaben pointed out, what to einigien inconsistencies and problems at check-out has resulted. The staff at the US has seemed unprofessional and rude checked out. When it came to paying the bill, and we asked is why more, than we had consumed we only got the answer, that the treatment fee and we just pay ezwas tried and if so do not know... It was further helped us with the luggage, although the staff has seen, that we were in the luggage down the stairs had to carry.
Younger couples or travelling I must draw attention, that it is a spa range between 50-90 and the years moves!
