Big Disappointment! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASteigenberger regulars were as on this occasion, we very disappointed with our accommodation. Room 120 is located in direction inner courtyard, directly across from the bustling, meter air conditioning the bar. Even with the noise protection windows was the buzz around the o'clock to be heard. Open the window was therefore not possible, although the current heat pleasant former would be. The closet was more like the size of a Spindes. For a price of 239 euros per night this does not seem appropriate to us. We already have in the February asking for a room facing the street side and were therefore klaustrophopieerzeugenden service offered accommodation in a room very disappointed. In fact, it could be in this hotel also gear such as a shower cap. A Shame. We will follow you.

Sehr geehrter Ehepaar F.,herzlichen Dank für Ihre offenen Worte. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie sich so unwohl in Zimmer 120 gefühlt haben. Unser Front Office Team hat versucht Ihre bei Reservierung angegebenen Wünsche hohe Etage, Raucher, Strassenseite, Badewanne,ruhige Lage bei vollem Haus bestmöglich zu erfüllen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Es war explizit ein Raucherzimmer gewünscht, diese befinden sich auf der 1. Etage. Das Angebot auf ein Nichtraucherzimmer in eine höhere und ruhigere Lage umzuziehen haben Sie leider abgelehnt. Somit war ein Umzug erst am Folgetag möglich.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns noch einmal die Chance geben, Sie zufrieden zu stellen - wir werden alles tun um Ihnen dann eine angenehmen und vor allem ruhigen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
