A hotel not worth it's stars
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AStandard 'City view' room was very basic. There was no safe and no chairs available in the room. The seeling in the bathroom was broken, you could see the electric wires ! When I went to complain (among other things) about the noise (room was on the 2nd floor, so a lot of noise from traffic, next to the elevator and the stairs) they promised me another room. Other room was not yet ready and reception was going to call when room was available. 2hours 30 minutes later I went to to the reception again and they didn't know anything about my first complaint. Another room was assigned to me on the 1st floor, they were renovating the room above me (so again a lot of noice from early in the morning).
The staff in the breakfast area was not friendly at all. Tables were not set, if you were not with a 'group' you couldn't get any service they told us, you had to get your own coffee, spoons, etc.
Overall a hotel I would recommend and not worth his stars.
