Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe loved the large pool/garden area with walkways, floral, ponds, golf course loved it. Even though the hotel was fully booked, there was enough choice the (very comfortable) beach chairs-whether on the beach, at the pool or at the small dreamy terrace along the 'lazy rivers'. The same applies to the dinner: as the meal time of 18:00-22:30 o'clock takes, it is never crowded and you could always find a table. The excellent gastronomy must be stressed. The buffets in the evening in the main restaurant had a different theme every day and corresponding the variety was large. The kitchen is very hard and offers daily new surprises. A special experience is a dinner in the specialty restaurant 'Alexanders': great service and unique atmosphere (and without extra charge). Also at lunch time you are spoilt for choice: beach/pool or in the restaurant main building. Especially nice: several times weekly musical entertainment at midday in the restaurant on the beach. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel was good. The guests were mostly refined. The service was very hard and anytime again it was unexpected extras such as ice-cold towels to cool down the forehead by the pool, a sunglasses-housekeeping in the beach bar or a filled Nicholas boots at the locks among other things
