Here is simply right everything- we will be back! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were for the second time and certainly not the last time. Everything was perfect! What better in Egypt you can ask not for a beach holiday. The luxury already started at the airport. As regular guests were expected we already in the airport entrance to the step out of the bus. The visa was for us very quickly worried and then we were shipped to the hotel very quickly. The very friendly in/check out went very fast and smooth. All of our wishes, as for example with two double room view of the sea next to each other with a connecting door were met. The hotel is very clean. The staff are super friendly and all wishes were fulfilled immediately. The food at all of the restaurants is very delicious, always fresh and very varied. Someone who had something to complain here, couldn't be helped, should stay at home. The very beautiful and huge pool was December way too cold, therefor but you could swim in the red sea. The beach was clean with sufficient beach chairs. There were extra service such as complimentary glasses cleaning, soft drinks, and so on... The guest structure was mostly German, Russian and Dutch guests. On St Nicholas day there was a small surprise for all guests. Per room there was a sock filled with mandarins, nuts and candies. A very nice guests from the management of the hotel. As regular guest are a few extras such as, for example, airport transfers, free minibar, Wi-Fi Internet access and so on so come back it is worthwhile in any case.
