It was located directly at a shopping precinct, it took 2 minutes to walk there.
The service staff seemed quite overtaxed to me, their knowledges of English weren't always that great but which waiter speaks perfectly English in Germany? Unfortunately, they didn't do anything against the Russian guests who behaved very badly.
Gastronomy
Alexanders was very recommended, small menu with freshly prepared meals. Great service. Details, see above.
Sport & Entertainment
The spa area of the hotel was beautiful, the staff was very nice, well trained, quiet, unobstrusive. The romantic package was great just like the Thai massage. Very recommended!!
Room
See above. The only thing we missed was a water heater to make a coffee as it was usual in every Thai or South African hotel.
