Steigenberger al Dau Beach Hotel

The hotel has its own beautiful beach, you can get from your hotel room to the beach on a circle boat (Lazy river) which goes through the hotel area. The hotel is located on the nicest Hurghada walking corso, but in a quite area, because the shops are a minute of walk further. From the airport it is 10 minutes, however the noise is not disturbing. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Sakalla - old Hurghada center.

The service is on a very high standard, they bring you drinks to the beach, they refresh you with ice cold mentol towels. Free shuttle bus to Sakalla - old Hurghada, exchange office, you can go 3times per stay to the a la carte rrestaurant - recommend to everybody, you feel like a millionaire, they bring you dishes covered with silver covers. Everybody speaks English. Coctail in the bars are great - Pina colada, Virgin Mochito, etc. But All Inclusive ends at 23. 00, then you have to pay for drinks.

Amazing food, every evening different theme - Swiss/German, Asian, French, Barbecue, etc, nobody got Pharaon illness. For keeping the high standard it is not allowed for men to wear sleeveless shirts and shorts at dinner. However, women can wear whatever they want. Every evening there is a show on the hotel terrace. Perfect lunch is in the beach restaurant - pastas, pizzas, sendwiches, main meals, and you dont have to dress. When you go on a trip they give a really big breakfast+lunch package plus late dinner when you come.

The animators are only men and they teach belly dancing, aqua gym, etc! very funny, but not qualified for this. I recommend only dance choreography in pool and volley. The fitness center is great with a sight on the whole hotel garden and pool. You automatically get a towel when you enter.

Rooms are big, luxurious, king sized beds, with a tube and a separate closed shower. Minibar is not free for All Inclusive. Big beautiful balcony with a sea sight.

Give the housekeeper bakshish right from the beginning, otherwise he will not vacuum the sand from the floor. They will not give you a bracelet, but you have to wait for the bill and sign it, everytime you order something - very time consuming. They say it is because the guests dont like wearing bracelets. Apart from that, one of the best hotels in Hurhgada.
