More shine than reality *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe first impression of this hotel: it was overwhelming with its size. The second impression: more mass instead of class. When we after one and a half hour wait, our room could, the bathroom was dirty. There were still hairs and dirt in the bathtub and shower also there was still toothpaste leftovers in the sink. The floor of the room was dirty. Despite of four fold complaint was only one and a half days later this fixed. The room decor is very worn, although this hotel was opened only at the end of 2006. Because of the size of the hotel was very so it echoed by children playing in the hall and in the hallways often up in the middle of the night can not find peace. The grounds are very nice and clean. It would have been nice if the same care and cleanliness in the hotel building there will. The food was found to be just ok. The offer was overwhelming but tasteless. The terrace of the dining room is very large and very neglected. The chair cushions are soiled with bird excrement and on the floor of the terrace there are at the Breakfast the leftovers of the Vorabens. The beach is clean and well maintained, but the sea is unfortunately not suitable for swimming or snorkeling since there were many things to be flat (50 centimeter). The staff was partly friendly partly unfriendly. You have to wait a long time for beverages. On frills such as sunglasses flash on the beach you should give up and therefor more qualified Staff. As absolute annoyance we found the intrusiveness of the Fotograhfen and vendor in the outdoor area of the hotel every day, and repeatedly, pointed and despite denial just photographed. The only thing about this hotel five stars Deluxe is, the alexander restaurant with its food and its qualified Staff in every way to convince liked. Conclusion: this hotel is a hotel for families with demrecht little on etiquette and good attitude was the same for the Russian guests (90%)is popular for me it is not an five stars Deluxe hotel (excluding grounds and alexander)
