Perfect hotel for luxury family holidays
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADespite the fact that hotel looks big, the main impression is the one of space. We spent twice holidays this year in the hotel and we never had to fight for a good spot in the beach, in the pool or in the minclub. Same applies to the Restaurant. No stress or hurry. Architecture is good since almost all rooms have sea view. Rooms are in very good condition and with all elements promised at reservation. With repeated guest privileges, you get a lot of interesting supplements, such as free WIFI, free minibar, coffee/tea in the room. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Location
Private beach is at the hotel. The street beside the hotel is very clean and leads to shops very close. Airport is very close (less than 20 minutes).
Staff is very friendly and willing to help, most knowing English and some Russian. We tried some of the services (WIFI, laundry, mini club) and were very satisfied. The mini club is extremely convenient. Our daughter liked so much the person taking care of children in April (Claudia), that we decided to go back to this hotel in November! The activities of the mini club are indeed complete and care is individual and serious. We could leave our daughte for a couple of relaxing hours without any fears.
Gastronomy
Cuisine is diversified (each day the buffet type changes) and in big quantity. The main restaurant is very convenient (big terrace with concert/show at night), very clean and luxury interior with a lot of light. Even in all inclusive, wine was very satisfactory (which is not usually the case).
Sport & Entertainment
The mini club is extremely convenient. Our daughter liked so much the person taking care of children in April (Claudia), that we decided to go back to this hotel in November! The activities of the mini club are indeed complete and care is individual and serious. We could leave our daughter of 4. 5 years for a couple of relaxing hours without any fears. The main pool is spectacular but a little bit cool. Unfortunately not a lot of boutiques in the hotel. All sun chairs and parasols in perfect shape and in enough quantity when we were there (April and November)
Room
Family rooms are very big, which is good. TV, balcony with sea view, mini bar, safe, coffee, shower, bath tub... Luxury room with good clean service. Nothing bad to note.
Tips and recommendations
April was a perfect time to go. In November we had some wind and the day was quite short.
