Fantastic location, nice rooms, poor service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AFantastic location of the hotel with very nice rooms. The positive impression disappeared at check-in offered no help from the staff, although I am 100% seriously. The cleanliness of the room was good, however the cleaning was done at 16. 30 hours, if you wanted to relax. The bar was with only two bottles of water only very sparsely stocked. Repeated complaints were completely ignored. Very good breakfast, in the evening however partly tasteless main course. We tended to use the good appetizers. The price/performance ratio was right at the dünenmeer not at all, and we will avoid this hotel.
