The allocated a smoking room babysitting or child care, without being in the reservation confirmation or at check-in was mentioned. On the complaint, a vollgequalmtes room to, reacted with indifference and the indifference. An adequate alternative could not be offered, there's also a 'sorry' we did not receive. The rooms, also the smoking room, no smoke detectors and partially without deck light (so only two small table lamps). Similar service experience in the restaurant, where a ice cream was ordered, which was brought, without the alcohol in the menu or the waitress was mentioned. The guest vertrug but no alcohol and has chosen as the one who deliberately without alcohol. Also here no apology to be expected. Very disappointing service.
