Bad service - care to recharge my batterys *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe four-star hotel has a wonderful location right on the beach. The grounds are very well kept and for the upscale is decorated it accordingly. The friendliness and service of the staff leaves much to be desired. An example: in the outside area of the bar looked as good as never a waiter. The guests next ( without to order something) annoyed got up and brought to the room. After we hard remained under the ( obviously not responsible for us) restaurant co wondered whether you served, responded very rude: "Yes, then sometime Someone". Really, after 15 minutes it was so far. So, placed order, after a further fifteen minutes finally came the drinks - although the barman very little. The dirty table the staff didn't fell on - after a note I had was after 10 more minutes finally swept. This is not a condition for a four star hotel. The crown: After the bar now gästeleer was probably the barman, wanted to go home. But it still people on the he laustark complained in the courtyard at the restaurant staff: "order now the which". We as guests had to listen to the with. It just didn't work at all!!! Always again the service was ignorant and rude. The waiting times: unbearable. It was enough at some point us - and we enjoyed the manager informed. End of the song: Cynical peaks of the Room cleaning, no trace of improvement. The woman director reasoned agin this condition with the fact that the Saisonpersonal only was new and no real pattern. What's the?! At a 4 star hotel shouldn't happen. Actually can earn other negatives go on and on but I will it be satisfied with this. I wish all the future guests that does not happen again. The team are to be coordinated and I hope to be able to use the system of insurance funds. The house is a wonderful place for sun and relax.
