unlike some "lakeside" hotels this really is lakeside.You can swim in the lake from the hotels own lawns (with sunbeds) adjoining the hotel
Two or three minutes walk from centre of Seeboden
The lake ships stop at the hotels jetty
Friendly and efficient
English spoken to various levels by most of staff. No problems because of language

There was choice of 3 main courses ( 1 vegetarian ), and 2 starters, ( salad buffet as standard ) )
Excellent variety , nothing repeated ( starter, maincourse or dessert ) over 1 week
Quality excellent
We have stayed in about 30 Austrian hotels on holiday , some of them 4 star,
I enjoyed the food here more than anywhere. I rate it first class
You can eat a la carte if you choose

WiFi signal in bar and terrace but couldn`t pick it up in room
Lake facing rooms had ample and private balconies
