Great apartment on Ikaria *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ADimitris, the young owner of the apartment area, has a real gem on the outskirts of armenistis set.
In total there are six apartments (two 2-person flats with 40 square meters and four people apartments-4), all with balcony, kitchen, spacious bathroom, safety deposit box, dining corner, sofa.
The apartments are individually and lovingly furnished.
Every second day the apartments cleaned thoroughly. The entire area made a very neat impression.
From the balcony you had in every apartment an excellent view of the Sea (steep) and the lighthouse in the vicinity.
Dimitris supplied us with fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, herbs) from their own garden.
The place is the main tourist armenistis the island Ikaria, but it has nothing to do with the other islands destinations together. Ikaria is mostly visited by independent travellers. Nevertheless, you will find it here everything the tourist heart desires there (except for an ATM). There is a good range of restaurants with fresh local cuisine.
Our Tip: If you are driving from the apartment in the town, you can get past the hotel cavos Bay. If you go down around the next corner is, located on the right hand side there were two restaurants. The second restaurant (blue/white), whose name we unfortunately no longer know, Fortis belongs, the US every evening with fresh grilled fish and meat restaurant. Recommend the shrimp, spaghetti.
We would not hesitate to return to Ikaria, because on this island is the typical Greek hospitality.
