It lies nevertheless very far outside. In order to come into the very beautiful old port, one must drive four stations with two different underground lines altogether. Since the undergrounds drive into Marseille in large distances, this travel lasts nevertheless quite long. The distance to the beach is even still further. But one drives only to the old port and takes then from there a bus, which drives again 20min. In the area it gives to have breakfast to enough possibilities or cover themselves up with provisions.

With the staff we were actually not content. One regarded us as Australians (come from Austria), gave us only after request a city plan and to that was on Spanish. Al we around an English or German asked, communicated one us that this was the only available one. Also on our question whether it would give, communicated us not a faster possibility to the beach to come one that there would not be these. How I read straight in the preceding evaluation, there are these however nevertheless. The room cleaning made actually only the bed and renewed the towels. We are used to it from other hotels that generally one clears up. (Table, night small box, toilet article,…. ) For me now actually no negative point of criticism, but I it would like to mention.

We booked a suite, which more place and an additional single bed contain. The room is equipped with carpet, except in the wet areas. Toilet and bath in separately, which offers an additional comfort. Which disturbs however much, is the application of the wet areas. One has the feeling one enters a ship or an airplane. Everything from plastics, however again and without damage, and badly soundproofed. We always switched the television on, if one of us went on the toilet. The “Kochnische” was not any more than a small refrigerator and a microwave. Who hopes thus, at least one breakfast to prepare itself here to be able (as we), which errs. The view from our room was turned away and thus directed toward a house wall from the port. Over it we were very much disappointed, since the hotel was by far not written off and we had booked, as already mentions, a suite. We were to be gotten therefore surely a room with view of the port. Who would like to sleep in the morning for a long time, ear plug should not forget. Because at seven the horns of the driving off ships and those already sound to o'clock in the morning are really very loud.
