A friendly place
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Athis hotel is begining to look tiered some work has been caried out to my understanding. the spa is excelent and i enjoyed my time when using it. the animation team is beyond compare very friendly and helpfull the resturants are abit hit and miss the arabian nights being best for you evening meal with reasonable service. how ever the main resturant is a different matter you can have finished you meal before you get a glass for your drink if you get a drink, the food is very repetative but of reasonable quality. there are not enough staff to cope with demands of guests . the pool and beach attendants are very hard working and extreamly friendly . the same goes for the photografic team who do not pester you . as for other tradeers or facilitys you could be left alone or constantly bugged depending on age or sex. as a 48 year old truck driver i dont want my eyebrows threading or a pedicure but i was hasseld all the while. on the whole this is a good hotel with lots of potential with some out standing staff. but if i was to give a schoool type report i would have to say could try harder . in some areas .
