Great holiday again
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Ajust arrived back from our second visit to this hotel which is very rare for us as we like to go some where different each year.
This hotel has all you could wish from great views to great food and of course the staff which I have found on both occasions excellent nothing is to much trouble aways there with a smile and help if required but also leave you to relax in peace if you want to. Which brings me to the animation team led by sherif, these people make your holiday a real pleasure the likes of Mido,monkey,mando,amr and costela work nonstop to entertain you which they do everyday very well.I could go on and on about all the staff at this place because i found all of them very good but one person in particular who was aways a pleasure to served by was Ahmed in the beach bar he always worked so hard but nothing was to hard for him to make your stay a great one.
As a foot note this hotel is having refurbishments done you will not even notice as the management have done a great job in planning the work in such a way it does not affect your stay in any way. The management are highly visable and ask you everday if you have any problems.cant wait for my next visit to see what the finished refurb looks like
