Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hotel was clean as were the rooms,some of which were being refurbished, but even the buliding work wasn't disturbing, we were all inclusive, there was a mixed agae range of guests
Location
A lovely location, with both a heated pool and the freshwater pool where the turtle came to say hello every morning. Plenty of excursions available if you so wish.
The Hotel was clean in every area. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and the animation team are brilliant, including people of every nationality and age range.
I never heard anyone complainig but I know that you only had to mention any rquest and it was attended to.
Gastronomy
There was always plenty of food available in a wide range of cuisines, the Pizzas at the beach bar were yum, waiters are very attentive without being obtrusive.
Sport & Entertainment
Plenty of sunbeds, attentive pool staff and let us not forget the animation team who are fantastic.
Room
The room was spacious and clean
Tips and recommendations
The manager holds VIP meals with his guests to get their opinions on ways to improve, a very nice touch.
The wind can cool the temperatures considerably at this time of year, so take a jacket and shoes,not just sandals and T shirts.
