Sunrise Select Garden Beach Resort & Spa

The beach was literally footsteps from our ground floor room so was a superb location for us. There was a great shopping mall with food places and lots of popular stores and a great supermarket only 6 or 7 minutes walk across the road. The list of excursions either through travel rep or hotel itself was fantastic...The snorkelling trip organised through the hotel was stunning.

Each and every member of staff were amazing. Ayoup who served in the lobby bar was brilliant, he was efficient and paid such attention to detail regardless of the amount of customers he was serving. I was amazed at how well the staff could communicate in so many different languages, it was fantastic.
Our room cleaner was brilliant , very friendly, efficient and made superb figures from our towels.
My partners step mother came with us and she had walking difficulties and every staff member went out of their way to make sure she was okay, including giving us a wheelchair for her to use whilst in hotel...Reception staff were amazing particularly Eslam and Mohamed Ashoup.

The food for All Inclusive was superb. The food was constantly replenished and always served with a smile from all staff regardless of the hour of day. Being able to make use of the Italian A La Carte restaurant was brilliant as the food, atmosphere and service was brilliant.

I feel that the food was brilliant as there was such a great choice so as to please even the most fussiest of eaters. The drinks service was amazing, wines, lager, spirits and numerous cocktails served from 11am every day....cant complain about that.

There was constant entertainment around the heated pool and if this is your thing then it is easily embraced due to the friendly staff. The pools and surrounding areas were kept spotlessly clean.

A great sized room with brilliant beds and kept spotlessly clean. We had a twin room and were told we would have had it changed to a double if we had asked....so perhaps next time I will be sure to mention this.

Whilst all the staff are friendly, there are many selling products ie massage or snorkelling etc So if you don't want to be bothered simply collect a red flag from the towel hut and you will be left in peace.

The only thing I would gripe about is the cost of internet, but II guess it was nice to get away and not use it so it gave me a break from it.

The weather during our week was great if you don't like intense heat. It reached mid 80's with a bit of a breeze. This was great as we still tanned.

It is a great hotel with so many options of excursions and tings to do....you could easily just lie beside the pool or beach and rest all through your holiday or get out and see what the Real Egypt is all about.

If you dont like Eastern European people just be careful as it seems over run with them....However this did not spoil this amazing hotel.
