First time in Egypt became a perfect holiday
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was our first time in Egypt, and it will not be the last. We are surely comming back!! All the staff was very friendly and welcoming:-) We wlould like to thank ADEL at the pool for taking so good care of us. He was very helpfull with things. MARIO was a perfect entertainer and always smiling:-)
I have never been a place where the staff has taking so good care of the guests. Always asking how you are doing, smiling and said hello:-) So there is nothing to say about how you was processed.
The staff in the rception was excellent, they fix thing without any problem. And the baggage staff in particular Hossam-Bell captain was very helpfull..
The SPA department was a great place. There were many good and pleasurable hours there. Come home like a new persone:-)
We have and we will recomend it to our friends and family:-)
