Good hotel but need ultra all inclusive
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hotel was well run and very clean, really good staff, George the waiter in the bar was brillient really helpful and very pleasant. All the staff was. The only problem was that you had to book ultra inclusive if you wanted to eat in all the al a carte resturants and use the sister hotel facilities. this was not explained to us on booking, but they would let us pay extra when we got there. We did not enjoy the food in the main buffet very salty
Location
O.k. but not a lot there and you did get a bit of hassel when walking down the street but not as much as other places we have visited
George the waiter in the bar and lobby area was really good very heplful polite and couldn't do enough for us.
Gastronomy
Food was not very good and not as slick as other all inclusives holidays we hav been on. Having to wait in long queues for different food, i.e. breakfast omletes and roast meets at dinner.
Sport & Entertainment
Unfortunately the pool was closed when we went but everything else was fine. Beach very good
Room
The room was lovely and clean and very well maintained.
