Guest service could be more friendly
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Hotel itself looks nice, in traditional oriental style. But it's too old, everything is broken around, tiles are falling dawn, dirty in the corners, cutlley is half broken, glasses on the bars are terrible.
Location
Location is nice - not at the city center, where all sailors are annoying you. Mamlouk is located not do far from airport,close to the big shopping center, where you can find - MC Donald's.
From the beginning we were very dissapointed. First - we were waiting for our room 2 hours (tired after long way). When we asked blond Russian girl from guest service to ask some questions what we could do - she was talking to us in such way, like go away, I'm tired. Very unfriendly for guest service. At the same time she was so friednly to other guests who brought for her some chocolate - how it could be?
Gastronomy
Food was ok. Much variety, hungry we never were. Not like ay home, but this is Egypt.
Sport & Entertainment
Pools area is amazing - the best part of the Hotel. 1 pool was heated, water very warm. Animation is the best, really - always fun, dances, smiles!!! Thank you!!!
Room
Room furniture is old, partly destroyed. Cleaning was ok.
