Remote but in the center of a row of hotels where you can walk for a good 2 miles along the beaches!
Only a taxi ride away from shop's (if that what you want)!

The staff are out of this world nothing is ever too much trouble and can’t do enough for you! From the bellboys to the managers, They are fantastic especially Hashem Lotfy and Hasan Yilmaz! To the entertainment team especially Midoooo he is fantastic! The waiters Mohamed (med), Halmed (med) ,Ashraf (lobby) Mohmed (Asian) Islam and Ayman and Sayad too and chiefs are Spectacular! And our amazing room guy Hamed!

The food is wonderful BUT the main buffet restaurant is NOT a 5 * hotel restaurant – it is very very noisy and more like a canteen/food hall - Yet the food is of a very good standard and there is something for everyone and the waiter service is very good!
We were ultra all inclusive and had full use of all 7 A la carte’s – steak house is excellent – Asian again excellent – Italian & Mexican also excellent - Bedouin was out of this world (have to say get the fish) – Mediterranean absolutely fabulous (loved the lentil soup) – Greek the service was fantastic and the fish was so fresh! The waiter service in all was excellent! Pagola pool bar is more like an outdoor café during the day - wonderful staff and the snack type food on offer was again of a high standard although it was burger/hotdog (never had but the amount of people eating them they must have been good) – Pizza (made fresh for you we had one to share a few times around 4.30pm as a snack as we didn’t eat till gone 8pm) and chips they did have soup and pasta! We enjoyed breakfast in the around the world restaurant and most lunch times too – the waiters are amazing. We had few breakfast or lunch in the main buffet we took outside area – If we had to eat in the main buffet on a night I would have not eaten till past 9.30pm on a night to have it quieter it is that noisy.
Big bonus hand sanitizers are positioned at every main door!

Pools & beach:-Not all the pools where heated the ones that where very busy with kids! I could see in summer that the ones with the shoots and slides would be fantastic!
The beach is fantastic, As was the sea was fab
The aqua center is fab we went on a boat trip with them I have to say it was great we did 2 fishing stops with an old fashioned line and hook (took me back to being a kid) and a snorkeling stop too! It was the best boat trip in years!
Hubby did the padi open water course with the guys from the diving center on site too…. it was good!

Spa & Gym:-
The Spa is very pushy used it twice the aromatherapy massage was more of a rub :/ even used 2 different people must say second was abit better – to use the Jacuzzi steam room and sauna is a battle to get threw the door with out getting shouted at and or intimidated (hence why I only went in the steam room and Jacuzzi once each) yet it is not of high standard I would rate it as 2* type spa no frills and no relaxing atmosphere! Now the Gym Hubby and I use the gym 6-7 days a week so to us on holiday it is an important feature it was shut! There was a make shift gym under the water slides at the family pool where there where a few free weights and a running machine and a bike not my idea of a gym. 1* at a push! Yet they did do Zumba day outside and other classes too!
The entertainment staff are fantastic especially Mindooo!

Our room was 15202 (very central room with a cute view) – But dated for a 5* hotel in Egypt! (I have stayed in a 5* in Hurghada before) YET very clean and everything you could possibly want in a room (but around 7years old)! Our Chamber man was amazing in fact I the very best we have EVER had, I am over the top about cleaning and I couldn’t fault him! He did fantastic towel art too!

Pay to go ULTRA All inclusive to use the Ala Cartes and branded drinks and cocktails! (do it at tc where i've been told it's £35 epw apposed to €15 pppd when you get to resort!)
