Awesome hotel, fantastic staff, loved it!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed here from 15th October for two weeks, and i can honestly say it was the best holiday i've ever had The Animation team really made our Holiday Even getting me to enter Miss Sunrise competition as MISS EMILY, whilst all the Animators were great Mido, Nani, Charlie & Adriano were the ones that gave us a great Holiday and got us involved with any activities that was going on, All the bar staff, pool side staff, Spa staff, restaurant staff etc couldnt do enough for us and were VERY pleasant, Our room was nice and spacious we had a problem with the Air Con on the second day, the mainenance staff got to us in 10 minutes and was fixed a few minutes later, couldnt get that service in England!!! we had our three kids with us 11, 7, 4 year olds and they were never bored with all the pools to cater for all ages, We will now be saving hard to get back there ASAP.
