Suntopia Hotel Pegasos Planet

Very noisy becuase of a highway near the hotel especially during the night. Shopping facilities is critical, very little to choose from . but if we dont looks this part it was a nice beah , clean on the beach and very nice in general

Friendliness

they should send the staff in the reception to a politenesscourse. During daytime it was better.

Languages
When it comes to the languages they speak really poor english , mostly german and poor russian.

Cleaning
They cleaned the room very late but it was clean after they came. but they did not refill the fridge with water.

Hamam/SPA
it is supposed to be hot in a sauna. this was cold

awesome food, a feast for your eyes and the stomach. big variety

entertainment : good in the evening
for older kids they must find something more funny. especielly for those in the age of 10-13 y.o

Pool: clean around pools. but i put a questionmark about the temperature in the pool. it was very cold. colder than in the sea.

Beach: clean and very nice

size: very small
equipment old and dirty (stained)
tv: too small 14"
minibar: where?
bathroom: clean , but why bathtubs? better with duschcabinettes , maybe too small bathrooms

safe was good

it was nice to go there in sep-oct, but bring a sweater with longs sleeves , a little bit chilly in the evening. But during daytime , it was really nice. not too hot.

when it comes to mobile, use a mobilephone like android or iphone and a app that you can call "locally" from. sipclient.
