Best family holiday
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHad to take the time following the best holiday we have been on! 3 of us travelled september last year. All inclusive. Every box was ticked. The complex was outstanding. Swimming pools and slides for various ages as well as kids clubs. From the first day the staff made an excellent impression on us and could do more to help make sure we were happy. A special mention has to be said for the guest relations manager gazi ayhan. executive chief hüseyin yılmaz and bar chief osman kıncal who were always happy to help and make sure we were happy also- very good at their jobs! The hotel was always well kept and the arcitecture inside and out made you feel like you were in a royal palace! The food was also very good with lots of choice and the presentation was impressive considering how many people needed fed! That said you never felt like you missed something nor did you wait in que's very long. The Thomsons reps were a bit of a let down but the thomsons entertainment team were first class.
