Stunning beach with constant security, plenty of free comfortable sun beds with a sea that was as warm as my bath! On site shops for anything you need, someone constantly available to book excursions or for questions and queries.
An abundance of swimming pools and slides for adults and kids of all ages with poolside enterainment aswell.

Excellent service from all the staff, able to communicate easily in English. Fresh food constantly being added at meal times. Snacks and refreshments constantly at hand and dotted around the site, inside the hotel, by the pool and on the beach. Any questions and queries are welcomed and answered immediately with excellent customer service.
We needed an extra quilt for my son, in the time it took to walk from reception back to our room a member of staff was right behind us with the quilt before we could even open the door!

A wide variety of eating areas and food types. We particularily liked the themed evenings which gave us an insight into different cultures and we were amazed at how much effort was put into decorating the dinning areas by the staff.

My husband is a fussy eater, and by that i mean basically likes to live on burgers and chips! However he found the food very good, there was a constant supply of alternatives for him such as pizza, pasta, kebabs, chicken and beef stew type meals etc.

There could have been perhaps a little more variety for the children, however our certainly were not complaining or going hungry!

There was an abundance of leisure activites to keep all the family happy and busy. There was constant entertainment that you could either just sit and watch or get involved in, alternatively there are many spacious and very confortable chill out areas of all types.

Our room was excellent. The size of it was perfect, the floor was carpeted (freshly washed before our arrival) which we loved because it made it feel so cosy - home from home! Air conditioning was fine, TV was sufficient, balcony was perfect size with the most amazing sea view we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Three telephones in the accomodation space so if you needed to use one you did not even need to leave the room!

To our astonishment the minibar was stocked with FREE big bottles of Coke, Sprite, Fanta and Water which was replaced on a regular basis free of charge.

The Hotel was spotless, there are little plant pot bins everywhere by the poolside and beach and the staff were constantly emptying them so there were no sign of flies anywhere unlike most holidays. One member of staff replaced our warm half bottle of water with a fresh ice cold one from one of the many fridges dotted around the pool whilst checking for bins that he could empty - how lovely and thoughtful of him.

We were also delighted to see recyling stations dotted arround the hotel.

The Budha bar could do with some bar stools, such a lovely relaxing bar to sit in with a cracking view however would prefer to sit than stand at the bar, although bean bags and other seating areas close by were available.

We would love to see Cider available behind the bar, although do appreciate it maybe very expensive to import.

We would have liked to have tea and coffee facilites in the bedroom to save either brining our own or venturing downstairs where it is redily available.
