Friendly. Clean. Cheap. A nice vacation! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA well located, clean, older but well-maintained hotel for relaxing days. We were only at the beginning of the room. This is not up to the catalogue pictures and the website. Only part of the rooms have been recently renovated and is in this season only for British holidaymakers. All rooms are equipped with a rather other Spartan furnishings, in Greek hotels of this category often. You would be ill-natured, you would accuse the tour operators deception, but the issue was discussed at length here. The two single beds pushed together within a very short time and with a bridge to a double bed becomes. This is, without a doubt, the strength of this hotel: the, what is lacking in comfort, the staff made by its warm, caring and friendly way more than made up for it! Half-board is absolutely recommendable, but the strength of this is surely at the dinner. The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately not varied! Also due to its central location on the island the hotel scored! By car there is the nicest places and beaches to explore, within a maximum of 45-60 minutes everything! Skala kallonis is also a nice former fishing village with many inhabitants and nice taverns, where the sink! Conclusion: Transaction Recommendation!

Wir danken für die ausgewogene und objektive Bewertung und die ausdrückliche Buchungsempfehlung für das KALLONI BAY HOTEL!Damit sich Reisende nicht "getäuscht" fühlen, wie Sie sagen, haben wir nun beide Zimmer mit Bildern auf unserer Homepage ausgewiesen, was wir eigentlich auch schon immer tun wollten aber aus Faulheit (nicht etwa aus bösem Willen) unterlassen haben. Als Sohn des Hoteliers, der jedes Jahr mehrfach nach Lesbos reist und auch in dem Hotel wohnt, ziehe ich übrigens die spartanischeren Zimmer auf der Landseite vor, weil sie absolut zweckmäßig sind, in Sauberkeit um nichts nachstehen und auch etwas kühler sind (Westseite) Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache! Von den modernisierten Zimmer (Südost Seite) gibt es nach meinem Kenntnisstand zur Zeit 15 Stück. Sämtliche Bäder werden in Kürze sukzessive renoviert. Die derzeitige gesamtwirtschaftliche Lage Griechenland erlaubt leider nicht, dass dies alles auf einmal geschieht.
Unser Koch wird sich über das Lob sehr freuen. Zum Frühstück möchte ich noch sagen, dass wir uns wirklich größte Mühe geben, Ihnen einen schönen Start in den Tag zu gewährleisten. In vielen Hotels Griechenlands wird aus Kostengründen zum Frühstück nicht einmal Milch gereicht, weil die doppel oder dreifach so teuer ist wie beispielsweise in Deutschland!
Wir danken Ihnen dafür, dass Sie sich insbesondere in dieser etwas schwierigen Zeit für Hellas entschieden haben und wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn es Sie mal wieder in die Nord-Ost Ägäis auf unsere schöne Insel und vielleicht sogar in unser Hotel verschlägt!
