Not suitable for a beach holiday *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWhat I would like to point out first and what we have our vacation in this clearly is not in a position to know, that Nusa dua for a beach holiday (swimming in the sea) not suitable. There are high and low tide; that means swimming in the sea is usually not possible. Not really, because the water is completely gone. Even at high tide you can swim only limited. Depending on the tides location it can happen, that you only for about two hours into the sea. The hotel is great, the service and the friendliness of the staff are great. Super beautiful area with several pools, some of which have sandy beaches. The rooms are very large and are equipped with a large flatscreen tv with DVD player. The bathroom was also very large and has a floor-to-ceiling shower a large corner bath. In the lobby there is a free Wi-Fi access. The room staff was friendly and the cleaning was tidy. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. You could both outdoors, as well as in the air-conditioned breakfast room. At our travel time there were both by the pool, as well as on the beach sufficient beach chairs available-even if the 'good' places were reserved by the pool early. The prices for food, drinks and services in the hotel are extremely high, but the rich tourists need to be milked. So when ordering a short greeting the 'room number?' due. This is already unpleasantly noticeable. That is why the restaurant for dinner and the bars were mostly empty. In the Bali collection (about 15 minutes walk/free shuttle service) you can eat cheaply and good. There are also several supermarkets, where you can get drinks (for beverages, such as whisky -74.00 €for 0.75 litre of Johnny walker red label or 60.00 euros for a bottle of wine you should make a detour). The whole tourist resort Nusa dua is certainly not 'correct' the Bali. Everything is very clean and very safe (also at night we were able to walk to the hotel declined), but it should be pulled the impression, that the money from the bag. Unfortunately we are illness came to a trip, so that was out of Nusa dua Bali did not taste.
