the hotel lies central of Newport Wales away. Large Gratisparklplatz is available. The front desk is is very helpful and in the environment as best we can. The room was spacious and had a very large bathroom. The beds were good. The feelgood factor was because of the cold weather in the freezer areas. The central heating was on the highest level, but the windows were leaky and the room temperature on 18 degrees fall. Too cold for a comfortable stay at the rooms. In the closet there was a heater with which the room temperature improve. The 'continental' breakfast was of toast, yogurt, cereal, jam and butter consisted. Toast and so on to be assigned to had no demand on the part of staff.
