Perfect hotel in Yogyakarta *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed as part of our new one-week Java-trip for three nights at the Phoenix in Yogyakarta and unlimited highly recommend. It was by far the best hotel of the trip (we had booked was found to be an absolute plus supposedly the best hotel in the area). Friendliness, service, facilities and ambiance were typically 'Asian luxury hotel'. We had in the standard Java as some of the other Asian country and were therefore very nicely surprised. It is particularly important to the very good and wonderful presented buffet mentioned, the one inside but also outside in a wonderful inner courtyard withing walking distance. As well as the very nice pool. A short walk from the hotel in about ten minutes to the city center with restaurants, etc. around the street in front of the hotel you have to cross a little ' Java express' its, but the security people in front of the hotel cross absolutely, the way to make. With the rickshaw in the city is very nice and the nice guys deserve a little.
