Great location, but room was not cleaned *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery large hotel with lots of shops and casinos. The Grand Canal attracts a lot of guests (also from outside of the hotel!) and so always bustling. The water was very chlorinated, accordingly, the taste of the stroll. There are a lot of entertainment events. Wide selection of gastronomy. We appreciated the 'Illy coffee very fine'! Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned upon arrival! We complained to the front desk three times and were always put off until a later date! After two hours of waiting period we deseamed the toilet/bathroom notdürftigt for the first night! The dirty carpet/sofa/table and chairs we didn't use. On the second day was cleaned after complaining finally the room. But we were given no compensation. The price/performance ratio is not a Top Hotel!
