3 Star hotel with very poor service
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA honest review....Having stayed in many places around the world and in many 4/5 star hotels, i can write a review for this hotel which is accurate. We stayed in this hotel for a week in april for a quick relaxing getaway expecting something nice...how wrong we were!. This hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel in many brochures and the hotel prides itself on its 5 star status.
Pros- None at all....really!
Cons- Rude reception staff
Rooms are old with worn furnishings
Poor hygiene in all parts of the hotel
Cold bland food in restaurant (only 1 restaurant to choose from)
Staff in bar and restaurant are rude and look uninterested
Poorly kept beach
No evening entertainment
Its beyond belief how this hotel can call it self a 5 star hotel (who rates these hotels and have they been anywhwere else in the world??) This hotel needs some serious work and is in desperate need for a refurbishment. Would i be back? NO WAY!! Other people have told me that other hotels in Turkey are not much better. If you dont mind something cheap and are not fussy about about the srevice then this place is for you. I think next year ill go back to dubai where you get a 5 star hotel and a experience 5 star hospitality for your hard earnt money.

Dear Mr. Sam,thank you very much for evaluating our hotel and its services on holidaychek. However we would like to clarify a few points of your dissatisfaction regarding our services.
Since the opening of our hotel in 2003 we do have 2 concepts; the winter concept and the summer concept. The period you have stayed in our hotel was the winter period. Therefore the outdoor facilities such as pools, bars, snack restaurants were not in operation. The summer concept starts each year as of May, then all outdoor facilities are opening. The heated half olympic and indoor pool is open during the winter season (temp 28 C).
Besides the main restaurant where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner we do have 3 a la carte restaurants for dinner service. As we are not a holiday village or a business hotel the entertainment concept is based on soft entertainment only. Detailed information about our services are available at our website.
We are surprised to read your comment about the cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel as the Titanic Deluxe Beach & Resort Hotel is well known by its clients, by tour operators and other companies for its cleanliness and has several certificates of general hygiene, food hygiene, safety & security, etc.
Unfortunately you didn't contacted the hotel management regarding your dissatisfaction. We would preferred it if you would have shared your valuable feedback with us during your stay. We would have explained and showed you the hotel and its services personally.
