A fantastic family hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was amazing and absolutely spotless. The rooms were great and the choice of food all day long was superb. The main buffet restaurant was busy but so well organised it was fine. We loved the Otag tent during the day - it was nice to eat there or the Stella bar during the day. You had to pay a cover charge for the a la carte restaurant - but it is well worth it. The kids loved the fact that they had their own little buffet to help themselves, and the ice cream was a big hit!

15 mins from the airport - need I say anymore???
Lovely beach, shops nearby and lots of trips available (although there is so much to do at the hotel we didn't bother with any trips!)
I cannot fault the staff at all - very friendly and spoke english very well. The cleaning service was excellent. The kids club is the best I have ever experienced - the staff are brilliant with the kids, and keep every age group well entertained. You do have to pay for some activities, but again - well worth it. We actually had a really relaxing holiday because the children were happy and busy!
Gastronomy
I have already commented on the food above - the choice and quality is really good - hard to beat! It covers a wide variety of tastes - from the plainest of eaters to the most adventurous! I would highly recommend the italian a la carte restaurant - fantastic!
Sport & Entertainment
so many pools and so many activities all day long! It suits all ages and abilities, and you don't feel pressured to joining in the games etc if you don't want to. The beach area is great - the breeze on the pier is lovely in the afternoons (as are the the ice cold cucumbers and slush drinks!)
The kids pool is great for young kids - although you need to be down early to secure a bed there!
Room
good room - very clean and nice little balcony area
Tips and recommendations
its worth a 10 minute walk to the supermarket if you run out of sun tan lotion or toiletries - alot cheaper than the hotel or nearby chemist!
If you are looking for a 5 star holiday - this is it - it is worth every penny!
