The titanic hotel was the best! It's shaped like a boat, which makes it look amazing.
Inside is really clean and spacious, with lobby bars, a cinema, bowling, arcades, spa and fitness centre, and it's own mini shopping centre on the ground floor.
It has 8 floors for rooms, which are set out like you would find on a ship.
There is the front entrance, lobby and a la carte restaurants on floor 0.
You then go down to -1 to get to the main restaurant, shops, spa, indoor pool, and to get outside into the grounds.

Location

The location wasn't bad considering it's turkey. It was pretty close to other hotels on Lara beach, maybe too close!
The beach was amazing, the water was warm and pretty clear, and it had its own pier.
Outside of the resort was a small shopping centre, with many giftshops and other things. This was quite nice to walk around at night when it was cooler.
Further down was more shopping centers, but we didn't really look around because of being hassled! But this is just turkey.

Service

The service was brilliant. The waiters and barmen were really nice and friendly, and our rooms were always clean and tidy.
The only bad thing about the service was that in the restaurant we were often not asked if we wanted drinks, and we had to try and get their attention.

The pools were fab, we spent a lot of time around the huge main pool, but most of our time around the Olympic pool, where more was going on.
The pools were warm outside, but the indoor pool was freezing! Ok once you got used to it but really cold!
Tthe entertainment. was amazing! The entertainment team were the best ever! They weren't English, and many not Turkish but from other countries, but they all spoke really good English.
They were all really nice and polite, and really funny. A few times some of them sat at our table at dinner, or around the bar area, which was nice. By the end of the holiday we knew them all quite well, even by name. Among the friendliest were A., K., O.,-( not sure of spelling!) there was an amphitheater, where they put on shows themselves, including a titanic the musical, a dance show, and game shows. Most shows were by people from outside the hotel, but we found that the entertainment teams shows were the best! They were all amazing dancers and performers!
Through the day there were different things going on, such as darts, which me and my friend went to a lot, belly dancing, which was also really fun, archery, water polo, bocci a, volleyball and other things.
Once a day they did a pool game, around the Olympic pool, and everyday it was different. These were very very funny, and we got pulled up to do it most times by the entertainment team.
There are always two teams, and one day there was 1 person from either team, each standing and balancing on a surfboard, with a "weapon" with foam cylinders on the end, you literally had to try and stay on, while trying to knock the other person off! Plus it was safe, as people from the entertainment team were in the water, holding the boards.
Another day we had a race with wet towels, and after we all got together for a group photo, and 2 people from the entertainment team stood on the roofof a wooden cabin, and poured ice over everyone. It was really really fun!
There was absolutely amazing parties, such as white parties, pier parties, and there was a cruise party!
We loved the entertainment team because they got everybody involved and danced with everybody and wore funny costumes. They were brilliant!
They made our holiday, and are the main reason we would go back!

Room

Suns

The rooms were only big enough for 4 people. We had 3 and though the rooms aren't huge, we managed perfectly fine.
They are clean and comfortable, and if you were on the 8th floor the rooms were more expensive, and bigger, and were basically better, but we were on floor 6 and we found the rooms to be fab.

Tips and recommendations

Make sure you stay in the shade most of the time if you go in July time, because it gets really hot.
The temp at the hottest time of the day went from around 35 degrees as the lowest, to about 42 degrees!
Also, if you want to do excursions, please do book through your rep, don't use services like that outside of the hotel, especially across the road in the shopping centre, because if anything goes wrong the hotel can't do anything about it because it's outside of the resort! We learnt that the hard way! That's all im saying.
