Good choice but could have been better
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis is an excellent hotel well worth visiting at least once. However it is a big hotel. At dinner times in particular it is very busy and the dining hall itself is very big. We thought the hotel was very clean and clearly there were staff cleaning all the time, so do not agree with some of the other reviews in that sense. We do agree though that the staff in general are quite miserable it seems. We stayed at Concorde the previous year and the staff in general were friendly and smiled but we did not experience the same at the Titanic. Also it is noisy daytime and nightime with music. They also had weddings for locals there and this added to the noise with conflicting music. By the end I had had enough of it.
Overall we had a great holiday, but given the choice between Titanic and Concorde, it would have to be Concorde
