Great hotel and a greeting to the 'complainers' *

Everything was clean, friendly staff, nice room with daily filled minibar, varied food, beautiful grounds with a heated outdoor swimming pool. It is nothing to complain about and the to a unbeatable price. Of course from November not more all units are in operation, but in the brochure was available. The hotel was voted the best way in 2008 to 99 hotels worldwide. So many guests can not be wrong.
A few remarks to a few examples of critics, in which it will probably get to the well-known ' notorious complainers 'acts.
Dirt everywhere = ridiculous, we have still got to know where no hotel so much was cleaned, you could eat really from the floor.
Staff unfriendly = completely wrong, very friendly and helpful all, a small tip is really appropriate to and from the hotel.
Dining concourse = not as good, of course, is that with so many guests very large, but you get no trouble finding a clean table, the waiting time at the buffets are very short and also no problem the volume.
Food monotonous and not enjoyable = totally without foundation, great starters buffet, salad buffet, I once recounted, 18 different salads, main dishes were always fresh from the grill or from the pan, the dessert buffet was a dream, fruit in abundance, everything was really delicious. But perhaps some tasted the food at home from the can better.
No beverages at the beach = nonsense. The beach bar was a weather-related diminished. The beach was directly behind it but soft drinks with self-service. However, if you beer, wine, sparkling wine or cocktails wanted to, you had to actually unheard of 100 meters to the nearest bar. Also if the away by a great garden is this unacceptable for some of the runs. To be honest, I missed the words.
The comment 'guest' , that if you want the public, there must not be surprised, where the good reviews, is simply a ridiculous. The is a insult for all other guests. Ultimately we cheer us but that, I think that this person suffers from megalomania.
Of course, it is something to complain about any hotel perhaps, but with good will create the can you also in this hotel without problems of the world. My tip to the nörgler: please stay at home, this hotel and the many other guests have their presence should not memorable.
